Edgenta NXT

Edgenta NXT is the digital arm of UEM Edgenta, building the technology behind smart cities across asset intelligence and sustainability infrastructure. Their previous website said none of that. The design they inherited from another agency looked unprofessional next to the calibre of the projects it represented. Pages were slow and heavy. The CMS had been assembled without a clear map of the content, so the structure fought the team instead of serving them. For a company selling digital transformation, the website was the weakest proof point in the room.

We rebuilt it from scratch in eight weeks. The design started with Edgenta NXT's own vision for the brand, drawn around who they need to convince: government stakeholders, enterprise clients, and partners who judge capability before they take a meeting. Speed was a design decision, not a cleanup task at the end. Assets were optimised before they reached a page, and scroll animations were built to carry the story rather than decorate it. The CMS was mapped in full before a single collection was built, so content now sits in a structure that matches how the business is organised.
