We take on few projects, so each one gets the time to be done properly. Everyone here works close to the client and close to the craft.

Taste
You notice spacing, rhythm and hierarchy. You can explain why one version works better than another.
Attitude
Critique is about the work. You hear it, weigh it and come back with something better.

You check your own work before anyone else has to. You flag problems early instead of hoping nobody notices.
Judgement
When a request would hurt the result, you say so and explain why. Clients pay us for that honesty.

Are you hiring right now?
We keep the pool open all year instead of posting roles. When a project needs a certain skill, we contact the people in the pool first.
Which skills do you bring people in for?
Web and UI design, Webflow development, strategy and copywriting, SEO, and motion. If your skill sits outside these but fits how we work, apply anyway.
Do I need Webflow experience?
For development, yes. Designers should understand how a layout gets built in Webflow, even if they have not built one themselves.
Is the work remote?
We are based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. Most work can be done remotely. Some client sessions and reviews happen in person.
How long should the test brief take?
About an hour. If it is taking much longer, you are polishing. Send the thinking and stop there.
What makes an application stand out?
Fewer pieces, explained well. Tell us the decision you made and why. We learn more from that than from a long list of tools.
